The Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival is the new name and expanded vision for the successful Cincinnati ReelAbilities Film Festival which came to Cincinnati in 2011. OTRIFF is a platform to see through another’s eyes. The festival envisions a world that celebrates difference, diversity, and honors our shared humanity-a world where film and media reflect and value all.
